Administration Agency
Faber Collective Phonogram is a non-profit organization.
Organized in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 8788 dated 07.05.2001 "On non-profit organizations" as amended and Law no. 8789, dated 07.05.2001 "On the registration of non-profit organizations", amended.
The only object of the Agency's activity will be the collective administration of copyright and related rights, in accordance with Law no. 35/2016 "On copyright and other related rights" and bylaws in its implementation and in accordance with the relevant license
Faber Collective Phonogram was licensed on 30.08.2021.
The Agency aims to collect revenues for the use of works and distribute them to the holders of the copyright and related rights and specifically the collective administration of the rights of film producers (producers), whose interests the Agency represents and with whom it will enter into the relevant contracts.
The Headquarters of the Agency is located in Dervish Hima Street, Ambassador 3, Apartment 50, Floor 7 and will exercise its activity within the territory of the Republic of Albania.
